Good Understanding of virtualization technology 2. Experience on VMware ESXi 5.x to latest and on VSphere would be preferable. 3. Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center. 4. Good hands-on command line of ESXi. 5. Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESXi server environment. 6. Good understanding of HA and DRS environment. 7. Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of server’s resources between virtual machines. 8. Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers
