Job description

1. Graduate from recognized universities. **(B Tech CSE/IT not eligible).** 2. **Freshers to 3 years of experience into BPO Industry are eligible.** 3. Candidates with **claims/ claims adjudication background will be preferrable.** 4. Possess strong Problem solving skills, analytical knowledge and communication skills- both written and verbal. 5. Collaborative, high-energy and diligent work ethics to be displayed at all times. 6. Strong ability to multi-task and support different functions based on business requirements. 7. Complete tasks according to the established standards with limited instruction and supervision. 8. Should possess team-based working style coupled with the zeal to expand the learning horizon and be open to new learning. 9. Willingness to work in shifts in **night shifts**. 10. Professional attitude and projection of professional company image. 11. Ability to work under pressure esp. during Peak seasons. 12. Stay aligned to the Company's Mission, Vision & Values.
