**Greetings!!!** **The Muthoot Group** **is hiring for** **Branch Head profiles.** **Job Role: - Branch Head** **Job description** **:-** - **Achieving the allotted branch target.** - **Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-In, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.** - **Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.** - **Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.** - **Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.** - **Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.** - **Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.** - **Cost control.** - **Other duties as instructed by higher authority.** - **Team Handling** **Eligibility criteria for Branch Head** - **Candidates having minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services in Sales or Marketing role at Managerial level** - **Age between 30 to 45 years** - **Candidates from Insurance background will be not be considered** - **Minimum Education Qualification:- Graduation** **Job Location:-** - Andheri - Virar - Dadar **Perks and Benefits** **Fixed Salary gross + incentive + bonus.**
