**BRANCH MANAGER- Branch Banking** **Roles and Responsibilities** - **Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.** - **Oversee sales teams to achieve targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.** - **Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance market share.** - **Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of integrity.** - **Foster strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.** **Desired Candidate Profile** - **7-12 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).** - **Strong background in Branch Handling, Team Handling, Heading Branch, Branch Banking, Retail Liabilities & Assets.** - **Proven track record of achieving business objectives through effective leadership and strategy implementation.** **QUALIFICATIONS / QUALITIES:** **MBA / CA/ CAIIB** **Should have sales orientation** **Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).** **Thinker : Doer = 40:60** **AGE: 28 - 38 years**
