***TCS is hiring for BSS Architect*** ***Role:*** ***BSS Architect*** ***Experience:*** ***10-15 Years*** ***Location:*** ***Pune*** ***Walkin Drive on 01st Aug 2026*** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** - **Telecom BSS domain expertise:** Strong understanding of BSS architecture, processes, and end-to-end telecom business flows. - **CRM and Billing systems:** Hands-on experience with customer management, billing, charging, and related BSS platforms. - **Architecture and integration:** Proven experience in microservices-based architecture and API-led integration across enterprise systems. - **Industry standards:** Working knowledge of TM Forum standards, including relevant frameworks, APIs, and best practices. **Good-to-Have** - **Cloud-native architecture:** Exposure to scalable, resilient cloud-native solution design and deployment patterns. - **Java and Spring Boot:** Working knowledge of Java-based application development, including Spring Boot microservices. - **Integration frameworks:** Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, APIs, and event-driven integration approaches. - **OSS domain understanding:** Awareness of OSS processes and how they interface with BSS capabilities. - **eTOM framework:** Basic understanding of eTOM process framework and its application in telecom business architecture.
