**Venue Details & Interview date** Navalur ETA 3 19th Aug 26, Timing - 11 AM - 3PM POC Details - Dharani **Role & responsibilities** - Act as the knowledge base for Day-to-day delivery of Account opening project - Process training and mentoring - Able to promptly answer to client email, MS Team calls and other electronic communications. - Customer interaction, planning, reviews, guidance, and troubleshooting - Produce authorized management information - Monitor and report on process compliance and Service Delivery - Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to Service Levels & cut offs **Skill Set Required** - Graduate in Commerce (B. Com/BBA/BCS/BBM) - 3+ year of Banking experience and overall 4 years experience - Basic knowledge on banking products will be an added advantage - Need to have good Analytical Skills - Excellent English Comprehension skills & Good Client interaction skills - Should possess Good Communication skills, both in terms to interpret & converse. - Need to demonstrate a keen eye for details Good Exposure to MS Office
