About the Role Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is looking for **Phone Banking Relationship Managers** to work with the **HDFC Bank Partner Channel**. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their financial requirements and offering suitable **Life Insurance and Investment solutions**. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales of **Life Insurance and Investment products** through phone banking/tele-sales. - Connect with customers, understand their financial needs and recommend suitable solutions. - Achieve assigned sales targets through quality lead conversion. - Build strong customer relationships and drive sell opportunities through Bank Support. - Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth sales and service experience. - Maintain strong coordination with the **HDFC Bank partner team** for business opportunities. - Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance and quality standards. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We are looking for candidates with experience in: - **Life Insurance Sales / Direct Marketing / Bancassurance** - **Banking Sales / Phone Banking / Wealth Sales** - **Tele-sales / Phone Banking / Web Aggregator Sales** - Selling **Insurance, Investment or other Financial Products** **Preferred:** Candidates from **web aggregators and similar organizations, especially ex-Policybazaar**, with strong knowledge of Insurance, Investment Products and the financial market. **Candidate Requirements** - Graduate from a recognized university. - 2-6 years of relevant sales experience. - Strong communication, relationship-building and customer-handling skills. - Target-oriented with good sales and conversion ability. - Good understanding of Life Insurance and financial products. - Comfortable interacting with customers and driving sales closures.
