Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage debt collection activities from assigned portfolio, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts. - Conduct field collections by visiting customers' premises to collect payments or arrange payment plans. - Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during collections process. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve issues related to loan disbursements. - Age must be below 27
