**This walk-in is only for 2025&2026 pass-outs!** **Responsibilities:** - Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information. - Determines requirements by working with customers - Resolves problem by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problem - Fulfills request by clarifying desired information, completing transaction, forwarding request - Gross Sell / Outcalls to customers **Competencies:** - Clear communication (English/Hindi); vernacular advantage - Empathy, patience, problem solving - Attention to detail and process discipline - Basic Telephone Etiquettes and basic computer skills - Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need - Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi - Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning - Customer Focus and Being Attentive. **NOTE : English + Hindi fluency is mandatory**
