**Roles and Responsibilities** - Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills. - Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to address complex issues that require escalation. - Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
