Job description

**Qualifications** - Any Graduate - Experienced candidates from 1 to 3 years are eligible. **Key Responsibilities** - Candidates with International & Domestic voice process experience are preferred. - Candidates with outbound calls experience in Healthcare insurance industry for international client would be added advantage. - Compute complex information with good analytical skills. - Ability in problem solving, good listening and reasoning. - Excellent English verbal and written skills. - Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry. - Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones).
