Eligibility Criteria - Full-time graduation in any discipline is mandatory. - Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process). - Basic knowledge of financial products, including IPOs, Equity, Mutual Funds (MF), Margin Trading Facility (MTF), and Derivatives. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
