**CyberArk ( PAM )** **PAM -CyberArk L3/L3** Required Technical Skill Set - Strong understanding and Detailed Design, Implementation experience on the following CyberArk 9.x modules - - Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) - Password Vault Web Access (PVWA) - Central Policy Manager (CPM) - Privileged Session Manager (PSM) - Application Identity Manager (AIM) - Privileged Threat Analytics - Strong hands on experience (min 2 projects) in integration of CyberArk 9.x with Windows, databases, Unix, and Network devices - Experience with complex customizations (reporting, and integrations) within CyberArk 9.x - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while implementing/integrating CyberArk - Good understanding of end point on-boarding and off-boarding processes for different platforms such as databases, windows, unix servers. - Must be able to automate common onboarding and integration tasks using scripts - Good understanding of privileged accounts administration within Unix/Windows/Database/Network systems - Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals - Must have experience in performing CyberArk brokering solution implementation based on the design - Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management. - Good analytical and technical problem solving skills - CyberArk certification will be desired **SN** **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** **1** Should be able to perform CyberArk Engineer role **2** Should be able to troubleshoot CYBERARK product components, integration and configuration **3** Should be able to meet all agreed project timelines **4** Should be able to work with support teams
