**Position: Data Entry** **Job Description :** We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. (Fresher Hiring ) **Mandatory Documents to carry:** - Passport size photo - All Education Documents - Aadhar card & pan card - Updated Resume **Qualifications and Experience:** - Only Freshers - Night shift is mandatory. - Proficient in data entry - High typing speed (typically 30+words per minute) with exceptional attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** - Data Input: Accurately input text-based and numerical information from source documents into company databases or spreadsheets. - Verification: Review source documents for accuracy and correct any errors prior to data entry to ensure data integrity. - Record Management: Organize, update, and manage digital and physical files to allow for easy retrieval. - Quality Assurance: Regularly cross-check data to resolve discrepancies and ensure information is consistent across departments. - Report Generation: Compile and format data to prepare routine reports and summaries as requested by management. - Data Security: Follow all company data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive business and customer information. **Candidates who have attended an interview with Conduent within the last 30 days are not eligible to reapply.
