We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry. **Position -** **Deputy Manager - BBT Design & Engineer** **Experience** - 3-5 years of experience in Busway/Busduct systems, Power Distribution, Switchgear, or Electrical Design Engineering **Work Location** - Ahmednagar **Technical Application & Design** - Review customer specifications, RFQs, tender documents, and project requirements. - Design and configure low-voltage and medium-voltage busway systems based on project requirements. - Perform busway sizing calculations considering load demand, voltage drop, short-circuit withstand, temperature rise, and installation conditions. - Prepare technical submittals, drawings, layout plans, single line diagrams (SLDs), and busway routing proposals. - Develop bill of materials (BOM) and product selection documentation. **Presales & Tender Support** - Provide presales support to sales team. **Customer & Project Support** - Provide technical clarifications to customers during bidding and project execution stages. - Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. - Support site engineers regarding installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of busway systems. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations. **Engineering Design & Documentation** - Prepare general arrangement drawings, busway routing drawings, support details, and installation guidelines. - Maintain engineering records, design calculations, and revision control documentation. - Ensure compliance with quality management procedures and engineering standards. **Standards & Compliance** - Ensure designs comply with IEC, IS, IEEE, NEMA, UL, and relevant customer standards. - Verify system performance regarding short-circuit ratings, IP protection, temperature rise, and safety requirements. - Participate in design reviews and value engineering activities. **Continuous Improvement** - Support product development and customization initiatives. - Analyse field issues and recommend corrective actions. - Contribute to design standardization, cost optimization, and process improvements. **Experience** - 3-5 years of experience in Busway/Busduct systems, Power Distribution, Switchgear, or Electrical Design Engineering. - Experience in industrial, commercial, data centre, infrastructure, oil & gas, or utility projects preferred. - Knowledge of busway manufacturers' products and applications is desirable. **Technical Skills** - Busway/Busduct design and application engineering. - Electrical load calculations and power distribution system design. - Short-circuit and voltage-drop calculations. - Knowledge of IEC 61439, IEC 60529, IS standards, and electrical design practices. - AutoCAD and engineering drawing preparation. - Family & Layout drawing preparation in Auto-desk REVIT - Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) knowledge. **Mandatory required Software** **1.** **CAD Software** **AutoCAD** (essential) - Busway layouts - GA drawings - Installation drawings **AutoCAD Electrical** - Electrical schematics - Panel and wiring drawings **2.
