**Roles and Responsibilities** - Develop and implement effective nursing staffing plans to meet patient care needs. - Oversee daily operations of nursing services, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. - Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, medications, and treatments. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. - Conduct regular rounds to monitor quality of care and identify areas for improvement. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 10-18 years of experience in administration, biomedical engineering, healthcare management or related field. - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc), MS/M.Sc(Science) or equivalent qualification required; DNS certification preferred. - Strong knowledge of GNM principles and practices; familiarity with ISO standards an asset.
