Job description

**Position: Design Engineer (Brake & Clutch System)** **Experience: 2 to 6 Years** **Education: B.E./ B. Tech** **Location: Pune** **Software Competency:** Good knowledge in Creo and PLM System. Should have basic exposure to Creo Analysis. Basic knowledge of TCUA **Design Competency Requirement:** 1.Basic Knowledge of control system parts such as assembly clutch master cylinder(CMC), Clutch slave cylinder, brake pedal assembly , clutch pedal assembly , parking brake lever , parking and clutch cables , clutch/brake pipe. 2. Expertise in Creo required to do CAD packaging of control system parts. 3. Proficient in drawing preparation and its release in PLM. 4. Having worked on clutch / brake pipe & parking cable layouts. 5. Able to do benchmarking of control cystem parts. 6. Ensure design rules/ design guidelines. 7. Need to participate in various weight and cost reduction ideas 8. Good knowledge of GD and T required 9. Resolve CAD packing & in plant issues.
