Walk-in || Design Engineer-Engine mount/Powertrain mount

Job description

**Job role & Desire competancy:** - Make Concept layout of Engine mount sytem for passanger car - Work individually on mount and bracket system layout, large assembly management - Having knowledge of product design (casting component design) To release vehicle level BOM - Basic calculations of Engine mount system and casting component manufacturability - Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM & DFA Knows PPAP , DVP - Good commincation skill - Coordinate with prototype and testing agencies **Qualification** - B.Tech/ M. Tech - Experience 2-4 yr **Job role:** - Make Concept layout of Engine mount sytem for passanger car - Good knowledge of Engine mount system layout - Worked on engine mountings, able to design mount stiffness and casting brackets understanding of CAE report study and boundary conditions - Understanding of NVH and BSR issue resolution - To release vehicle level BOM & SAP code for procurement & vehicle build Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM & DFA Knows PPAP, DVP - Good communication skill - Coordinate with prototype and testing agencies Participation in vehicle build & issue resolution
