Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude on floor - Escalation management handling skills - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Use database, CRM/SFDC, or other software to track progress with new prospects - Customer Contact strategy consists of four different call types New Account Follow Up, Call Cycle, Leads and Messages - Contact prospective customers by telephone (Dailer) - Expert in TNI (Training Need Identification) and planning of related sessions - Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals - Handle customer needs and requirements - Ensure customer follow-up all the time. **Preferred candidate profile** - Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer centric activities - Team Player / Ability to work under pressure / Over manage the Work volume - Attitude towards taking ownership and commitment to deliver the responsibilities
