**Role & responsibilities** French Language Specialists (B2 Mandatory) to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) Location: Bangalore Walk-in Date: 23 July 2026 Time: 2 :30 PM to 4 PM Experience: Freshers & 13 Years Job Summary We are conducting a Walk-in Drive for French Language Specialists (B2 Mandatory) to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. If you are a fresher with French language proficiency, we invite you to attend the walk-in drive. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities. Prepare and process client invoices/billing. Perform cash application and manage unallocated cash. Handle dispute resolution by coordinating with customers and internal teams. Process journal uploads. Communicate with customers via email and other channels in French and English. Track client invoices and maintain payment records. Perform month-end closing activities. Prepare and maintain aging reports and AR-related reports. Support reporting and exception-handling activities. Eligibility Criteria Freshers with French B2 certification are welcome to apply. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Order-to-Cash processes is preferred. French language proficiency – B2 level (Mandatory). Experience with SAP for Order-to-Cash processes is an added advantage. Good understanding of the billing process is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
