**Walk-In Drive for Procurement - Night Shift** **Time - 2pm to 5pm** **Venue - Conduent Business Services India LLP** **Unit A, Level 1, Aviator Building, ITPB,** **Whitefield Road, Bangalore 560 066, India** **Shift - Flexible to work in any shift (including Night)** **HR Contact - Thrupthi.Mb2@conduent.com , Pooja.S2@conduent.com** **Pooja - 8618756591** **Role & responsibilities** - Responsible for procurement and buying activities, supplier coordination, quality management, and vendor relationship management. - Develop and enhance procurement process controls and compliance across affiliates. - Directly engage with suppliers to support and complete end-to-end procurement activities. - Support cost savings initiatives, process improvement activities, and delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with cost specialists to conduct cost analysis and support cost modelling activities. - Ensure proper routing and timely handling of low-value and emergency purchase requests in coordination with the internal procurement team. **Experience** - Minimum 3 to 7years of experience in the Procurement domain. - Hands-on experience working on eSAP/SAP platforms. - Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
