**Walk-in drive for Freshers & Analyst for US Health & Wealfare -Noida** **Role & Responsibilities for Freshers role:** - Candidate should have basic MS office knowledge. - Excellent communication written/verbal skills. - Maintain positive and proactive communications in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees. **Role & Responsibilities for Analyst role:** - Understand all aspects of US Health and Welfare plans and processes in order to effectively provide customer service. - Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements. - Participate in annual open enrollment process including system updates, communications, and meetings, testing and working with assigned vendors as needed. - Working knowledge of **ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations, HIPPA, COBRA.** **Preferred candidate profile:** - Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts(5:30Pm- 3:00AM) - Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days work from office. - Only Non technical graduates can apply. - Candidate should have good communication skills. - For Analyst role,candidate should have minimum 2 years of US Health and Welfare experience.
