Job Purpose- To execute and monitor wind power project activities at site, ensuring timely completion of civil, mechanical, electrical, and power evacuation works in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. **Role & responsibilities** - **Project** **Execution** **&** **Coordination:** Monitor and execute wind project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, specifications, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. - **Civil** **&** **Infrastructure** **Works:** Supervise WTG foundations, internal roads, crane pads, drainage systems, control rooms, and other associated civil infrastructure works. - **WTG** **Erection** **&** **Electrical** **Installation:** Oversee WTG erection activities, installation of electrical systems, cable laying, testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization in line with OEM and project requirements. - **Power** **Evacuation** **&** **Commissioning:** Manage execution of substations, transmission lines, pooling stations, and power evacuation infrastructure, ensuring readiness for successful commissioning and connectivity to the grid. - **Safety,** **Quality** **&** **Reporting:** Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, monitor contractor performance, maintain project documentation, and provide regular progress reports to management. **Preferred candidate profile** Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related discipline. - Diploma holders with relevant wind project experience may also be considered. Experience - 5-15 years of experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, transmission, EPC, or industrial project execution. - Experience in wind power projects will be preferred.
