Walk-in || Equipment Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary** We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in SMT and electronics manufacturing equipment. The role will be responsible for equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance and continuous improvement of SMT/FAT equipment to ensure smooth production operations. SMILE operates automated SMT, PCB assembly, testing and box-build processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of SMT and FATP equipment. - Troubleshoot and maintain Pick & Place, Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Reflow, AOI and Wave Soldering equipment. - Handle equipment setup, calibration, programming and parameter verification. - Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and sensor-related issues. - Monitor equipment OEE, MTBF, MTTR and downtime. - Maintain equipment maintenance schedules, checklists and breakdown records. - Ensure availability and control of critical spares and consumables. - Coordinate with OEM/service engineers for major breakdowns and equipment installation. - Support new machine installation, commissioning and qualification. **Candidate Profile** - Diploma / B.E./B.Tech Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related. - 3 to 8 years in SMT/EMS equipment maintenance.
