**Role & responsibilities** **\\*PNM (packer and movers) FRM\\*** Company will provide leads. Candidate need to meet customers, explain Packers & Movers services and sell subscription plans, and convince customers to purchase the service. 1. Physical inspection at Client residence whenever required 2. Handling & Managing Service partners assigned to them (Complete Account management of assigned service partners, issues handling, payment related issues, Review, Quality control etc) 3. Hunting and On boarding new partners from the city (As per our protocol addition of new partner & Training of partners) **Preferred candidate profile** Need minimum 6 months field sales experience (freshers also works). Salary: 21,000 to 27000 takehome (30k ctc) (based on experience and previous take-home salary). Additionally incentives and petrol allowance **\\*Hindi is mandatory for any city\\***
