**Desired Competencies (Technical/ Behavioural Competency)** **Good communication skills (written/verbal)** **Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Equipment.** **Experience in Facility Operations and management.** **Must have managed a team.** **Experience in conflict management.** **Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.** **Willing to work, learn and perform under extreme pressure.** **Aware of laws related to facility compliance and operations.** **Knowledge on Building Compliance regulations, NBC etc.** **Vendor Management skills** **Willingness to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of** **assigned work** **Good computer knowledge (Microsoft XLS, Word & Power Point etc.)** **Desirable to have Professional Certifications, additional language knowledge,** **Strong analytical and logical understanding.** **Educational Qualification & Experience** **B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering** **5-10 Years Experience in Technical Facility Management** **SN Responsibility & Expectations from the Role** **1 Complete ownership of Technical Infrastructure (AMC, repairs , upgradations etc.)** **2 Managing & overseeing the deployment of outsourced staff.** **3 Reporting to Location & Cluster Head on day-to-day activities, incident management** **etc.** **4 Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses** **5 Vendor Management, assist in finalizing contracts, Vendor invoices, preparation of** **BOQs** **6 Contract management** **7 Maintain and monitor legal compliances for buildings** **2 | P a g e** **8 Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP, Shutdown maintenance, Emergencies etc.** **9 Handle crisis situations** **10 Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirement.** **11 Maintain Safe Work Environment & Ensure Contract staff adhere to Safe Work** **practices as per Organizational policies.** **12 Maintain and Update documents related to HSE & Energy Management Audits. Will** **be a key member of the HSE & Energy Management Committee.** **13 Contribute to the location Sustainability & Energy Management Initiatives.** **14 Any other duty assigned from time to time**
