This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills as well as experienced sales professionals who are passionate about guiding aspiring educators. As a Faculty Success Manager, you will counsel and convert aspiring faculty members by introducing them to our Faculty Excellence Program, helping them build a successful career in the teaching industry. **Key Responsibilities :** - Connect with prospective candidates via calls and explain the Faculty Excellence Program. - Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses. - Counsel and guide aspiring educators about opportunities in the teaching profession. - Achieve individual sales and enrollment targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners. - Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions. - Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM. **Eligibility Criteria:** **Freshers** - Any Graduate. - Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. - Passion for sales and customer interaction. - Willingness to work in a target-driven environment. **Experienced Candidates** - Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Tele sales/Business Development. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in customer counseling or course sales will be an added advantage. **Salary** - Freshers: Up to 2.60 LPA - Experienced (1+ Year): Up to 3.00 LPA **Required Skills :** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. - Target-oriented mindset. - Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. **Why Join Us?** - Opportunity to work with one of India's leading EdTech organizations. - Comprehensive training and career growth opportunities. - Performance-based incentives. - Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Note -Immediate joiners will be preferred.**
