**Job Description Finishing Foreman (Third-Party Payroll)** **Position:** Finishing Foreman **No of Positions:** 10 **Employment Type:** Third-Party Payroll (Deployed at Godrej Properties Limited) **Department:** Construction Site Execution **Location:** Godrej Vrikshya & Godrej Habitat, Gurugram Job Summary The Finishing Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role requires effective coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of high-rise residential projects. Key Responsibilities - Supervise all finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, marble and stone work, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, carpentry, doors and windows installation, and sanitary fittings. - Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams for smooth project execution. - Monitor labour productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials. - Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects. - Maintain daily progress reports and update the site management team. - Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) standards and company policies. - Support snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities. - Maintain housekeeping and ensure timely completion of assigned work. **Qualification:** - **Any Graduate** (Candidates with a degree related to **Civil Engineering/Construction** will be preferred.) Experience - **Minimum 3 years** of experience in finishing works for high-rise residential or commercial building projects. Required Skills - Knowledge of finishing materials and construction practices. - Ability to read and understand construction drawings. - Good coordination and team management skills. - Understanding of quality and safety standards. - Basic reporting and communication skills. **Employment Details** - **Payroll:** Third-Party Payroll (T&M Ergotor) - **Deployment:** Godrej Properties Limited - **Project Locations:** **Godrej Vrikshya & Godrej Habitat, Gurugram** - **Working Days & Timings:** As per project requirements and company policy. **Note:** This position is on the payroll of an authorized third-party staffing partner and will be be deployed at Godrej Properties Limited.
