**Role & responsibilities** - Configure and implement Fluent Commerce OMS solutions. - Design and support order orchestration and fulfillment workflows. - Integrate Fluent Commerce with e-commerce, ERP, WMS, and POS applications. - Manage inventory visibility and order fulfillment processes. - Support omnichannel retail initiatives including Click & Collect and Ship-from-Store. - Develop and maintain API integrations and event-driven workflows. - Gather business requirements and translate them into OMS solutions. - Perform system testing, UAT, deployment, and production support. - Troubleshoot order processing and inventory-related issues. - Collaborate with business, retail, and technical teams to optimize fulfillment operations.
