- **Experience Required**: 0 to 2 Years of experience **(Freshers can also apply)** - **Qualification**: MBA or MSW HR Graduates - Expertise in Lateral hiring would be an added advantage. - Strong proficiency in Sourcing, interview coordination, offer Negotiation, and complete recruitment lifestyle management. - Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social hiring, references). - Good stakeholder management skills. - Strong screening and assessment capability. - Good English communication (verbal & written). - Ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously. - Target-driven and comfortable with hiring numbers. - Specifically looking for a strong and proactive source. - Candidate should have hands-on experience in passive candidate sourcing. - Should demonstrate strong market mapping and talent pipeline building skills. - Quick turnaround time (TAT) focus.
