**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage patient care services, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. - Handle guest relations by providing exceptional service to patients, families, and visitors. - Coordinate with hospital staff to resolve queries and concerns in a timely manner. - Prepare discharge summaries for patients, including necessary documentation. - Ensure effective floor management by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-8 years of experience in healthcare or hospital setting. - Strong skills in floor management, guest relations, query management, patient care, patient relations, and hospital management. - Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
