Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Contact potential customers and explain Health Insurance products over calls. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. - Generate sales by converting leads into customers. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. - Follow up with interested customers until closure. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale. - Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
