Responsibilities: • Follow up with the payer to check on claim status. • Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables. • Identify denial reason and work on resolution. • Save claim from getting written off by timely following up. • Candidates must be comfortable with calling on denied claims.
