**Location:** Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai **Designation:** Jr Analyst **Role:** We are looking for a graduate finance fresher for banking operations role. The ideal candidate should have good communication and analytical skills, be open to learning and adapting, and be a quick learner. **Other requirements:** Candidates should not have any active UAN, since we are completely looking for a Graduate/MBA Fresher. **Job Responsibilities:** - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Analyze data to identify issues and trends - Document and report findings accurately - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies - Graduate degree in Finance or related field - Good communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Willingness to learn and adapt - Previous internship or project experience in finance - Knowledge of banking operations **Shifts timings:** Rotational Shifts 24\\*5 (Including night shift) Must be ready to work in any shift allocated by Management as per process and Client Requirement. **Week Off :** Saturday & Sunday **Transport:** One Way
