**Role & responsibilities** 1. DesignEexperience of Automotive Restraint components like Airbags,Steering wheel and Seat belts 2. Hands on experince on overall Restraint system design & development process & activities involved at every stages of Program. 3. Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T. 4. Hands on experience on Product life cycle management system (PLM) -TCE & TCUA. 5.Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage 6.Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP 7.Knowledge of Restraint regulations 8.Good analytical, logical and interpersonal skills 9.Good knowledge of Catia V5-3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc Job Responsibility: (Describe responsibility of this position for above deliverables) 'Job Description: (Describe work requirement/Project deliverables) 1. Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation including QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation and PLM release, CAE and physical validation support, DFMEA and DVP 2. Preparation of Bill of Material in Restraint 3. Creating master sections of Restraint parts with interface to meet craftsmanship requirements. 4.3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc. 5. Release Management in PLM TCUA/TCE/Modular BOM 6. Particpation in Design Reviews/CFT meeting/DFMEA etc. Software Skills Catia , PLM , TCUA , MS OFFICE
