**Dear Candidate,** **What you'll do** **Domestic Sales of BFSI Products - Loans.** **Location: Plot No 129, Paisabazaar, Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001, Near Millennium city center** **Contact Person - HR Mohanapriya - WhatsApp your resume to 8796337132 and can email over smohana@paisabazaar.com** **Interview Mode: Face to Face** **Note: We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and experience in loan sales** **Key Responsibilities:** - Contact potential and existing customers to promote BFSI products. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options. - Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements. - Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems. - Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations. - Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products. **Required Skills:** 1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi. 2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely. 3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers. 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus. 5.
