J**ob description** **Roles and Responsibilities :** - **Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling products, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.** - **Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for saving accounts, retail liabilities, and other banking products.** - **Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries related to current accounts, savings accounts, and other banking services.** - **Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of branch operations.** **Job Requirements :** - **1-10 years of experience in branch banking or similar role as a Relationship Officer or Sales Officer.** - **Strong understanding of CASA products such as current accounts, saving accounts, and retail liabilities.** - **Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with customers.** - **Proficiency in using PAM (Portfolio Analysis Module) software.** **Interested can share their resume on - 9137134926 / janhvi.jadhav.ext@yes.bank.in**
