**Role & responsibilities** - - Thourogh Knowledge CATIA knowledge - GD&T, Stack Up analysis Knowledge - DFMEA/DVP Thorough domain knowledge & In depth analysis capability - Thourogh Knowledge PLM - Team Center TCE & TCUA Excellent communications & Presentation skills - Good interpersonal skills. Good team member. - Understanding and analysis of customer feedback and providing design solutions participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.) - Should have good knowledge of Product design, Plastic & soft trims in Interiors Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking Proficient in TCE and TCUA PLM system for CAD update. - Product design, development & validation of Interior parts like door trims , Pillar Trims , Headliners .. CAD preparation, 3 D annotation, TPL creation, DML releases DCR creation along with change part list Benchmarking & Tear-down Cost reduction & cost management Added advantage if having Mold flow experience Must have worked on Mounting startegy , master sections , packaging feasibility , Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility of Interior Trims parts Product design, freezing layout & packaging Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis Interaction with various department Preparation of Design Guidelines DML release through PLM TCE & TCUA Line tryouts of proposals to address issues in current & upcoming programs
