**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across different locations. - Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. - Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates. - Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication. - Ensure seamless onboarding process by coordinating with new joiners. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 4-7 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities or related field. - Strong expertise in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, stakeholder management, talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment. - Proficiency in sourcing profiles through various channels (job portals, social media) and conducting interviews.
