**HR Recruiter Volume Hiring & Internal Job Posting (IJP)** **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for both volume hiring and Internal Job Postings (IJP). - Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for external and internal candidates. - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures. - Publish and manage internal job postings while ensuring compliance with IJP policies. - Drive high-volume recruitment through job portals, walk-ins, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. - Maintain a positive candidate experience and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate hiring records, and meet hiring TAT and quality targets. - Support internal mobility initiatives and contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
