Hospital commissioning at Even is a mission-critical activity, and this role offers the opportunity to be at the center of launching a high-impact healthcare facility. **Job Title** **Registered Nurse ICU Staff Nurse** **Job Location : HBR Layout ,** Bengaluru **Work Mode: On-Site** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant ICU Staff Nurse to provide critical care to patients in a multispecialty hospital. The role involves continuous monitoring, advanced clinical interventions, and close coordination with intensivists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU. - Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status using advanced equipment. - Administer medications including IV infusions, inotropes, and sedatives as prescribed. - Manage ventilators and assist in airway management. - Perform procedures such as suctioning, catheter care, and central line care. - Assist doctors during emergency procedures and rounds. - Respond effectively to Code Blue and other emergencies. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records and ICU charts. - Follow strict infection control and patient safety protocols. - Educate and support patients families regarding patient condition and care. - Ensure proper handover during shift changes. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution. - Valid registration with State Nursing Council (India). - 13 years of ICU experience preferred (freshers with ICU training may apply). - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong critical care and clinical assessment skills. - Knowledge of ventilator management and ICU equipment. - Ability to work under pressure in high-acuity environments. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - High attention to detail and quick decision-making ability. - Compassionate patient care approach. **Work Environment:** - High-dependency, fast-paced ICU setting in a multispecialty hospital. - Rotational shifts including night duties, weekends, and emergency calls. **Key Procedures Exposure (Preferred):** - Ventilator management - ABG sampling and interpretation - Central line and arterial line care - Defibrillation and emergency resuscitation **What We’re Looking For:** Apply if you are committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and collaborative critical care within a multidisciplinary multispecialty hospital environment.
