Walk-in || Indirect Procurement Associate

Job description

**Note:** **1-8 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Sourcing, and Buying activities**, **prior BPO experience is mandatory**, and candidates **must be flexible to work rotational/night shifts**. **Manufacturing Procurement experience will not be considered. Interested candidates can walk in only if they meet all the above criteria.** **Role & responsibilities** - Responsible for buying activities, managing quality, and vendor relationships. - Develop and enhance process controls for all affiliates. - Will be directly involved in working with suppliers to complete the procurement process. - Work towards cost-saving targets, implement process improvement initiatives, and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Work with cost specialists in performing comprehensive cost analysis and cost modeling **Preferred candidate profile:** - Minimum 1 **to 6 years of experience in the Procurement domain**. - Familiarity with working on **Ariba/eSAP platforms**. - **Bachelors degree in finance or a related field**. - Strong **verbal and written communication skills**. - Proficient in computer skills, including **Microsoft Office applications**. **Work Mode: Rotational Shift and work from office**
