Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Generate mortgage loan leads through open market sourcing activities. - Develop and maintain relationships with connectors, brokers, real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners. - Identify potential customers and promote mortgage loan products. - Conduct customer meetings, explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. - Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan disbursement. - Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Regularly visit market areas to identify new business opportunities. - Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and referral sources. - Track competitor activities and market trends. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Prepare and submit daily sales reports and MIS updates. **Required Skills** - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Ability to generate business through open market channels. - Relationship-building and networking capabilities. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Knowledge of mortgage/home loan products and lending processes. - Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. **Qualifications** - Graduate in any discipline (preferred). - Experience in mortgage loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), or secured lending sales. - Fresher can also apply - Experience in handling connectors/channel partners is preferred. Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
