Job Responsibilities - • Generate mortgage loan leads through open market sourcing activities. • Identify potential customers and promote mortgage loan products. • Conduct customer meetings, explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. • Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing. • Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan disbursement. • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Regularly visit market areas to identify new business opportunities. • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and referral sources. • Track competitor activities and market trends. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and MIS updates. Required Skills • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Ability to generate business through open market channels. • Relationship-building and networking capabilities. • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Knowledge of mortgage/home loan products and lending processes. • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (preferred). • Experience in mortgage loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), or secured lending sales. • Fresher can also apply • Experience in handling connectors/channel partners is preferred.
