Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Cyber Security positions across various experience levels. - Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for niche Cyber Security roles. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities. - Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and drive timely closure of open positions with minimal aging. **Preferred candidate profile** - Application Security - VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) - SIEM / SOC Operations - Data Security - IAM / IDAM (Identity & Access Management) - Network Security - IT Security
