**ServiceNow Developer / Senior Consultant ITSM, Custom Applications & GRC** **Location: Hyderabad** Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with expertise in ITSM, Custom Application Development, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that help organizations manage operational processes, risk, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow ITSM - Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, and CMDB processes. - Design workflows and automation using Flow Designer. - Implement process enhancements aligned with ITIL best practices. - Support platform upgrades and ongoing administration. ServiceNow GRC / IRM - Implement and maintain ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
