**Java Tech Lead** **Experience : 7-10 Years** **Location : Pune** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** Java EE platform, JPA2, Hibernate, Spring, MVC and struts2, Micro services Front end technology : HTML, CSS , Bootstrap , Java Script , React Back end technology : Core Java , Spring Core, Spring Boot , Oracle DB , Microservices Hands on exp in development on Java & Springboot should be 5+ years Core Java, SpringBoot, React JS, SQL exp of Telecom BSS system **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** **1** Proven hands-on Software Development experience. Proven working experience in Java development. **2** Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. **3** Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate). Experience in the Spring Framework. **4** Experience in the Spring Boot. Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring MVC,struts2) **5** Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications. **6** Solid understanding of **design patterns**, **data structures**, and **algorithms**. Hands-on experience with **build tools** (Maven/Gradle) and **CI/CD pipelines**. **7** Knowledge of **database technologies** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and **NoSQL** databases. Familiarity with **containerization** (Docker, Kubernetes) and **DevOps practices**.
