**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB/E3) Consultant with 610 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Revenue & Billing solutions. The role involves working closely with business teams to design and deliver revenue management solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Participate in **end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects** of Oracle ORMB/E3 - Analyze business requirements and translate them into **functional and technical solutions** - Configure **rate plans, pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes** - Work on **billing lifecycle processes** including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections - Design and support **data migration and conversion activities** - Develop and manage **interfaces, integrations, and reporting** - Collaborate with technical teams for **custom development and enhancements** - Perform **unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support** - Provide **production support and issue resolution** - Maintain documentation for configurations and processes **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of: - **Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB / RMB / E3 platform)** - **Billing, pricing, and revenue lifecycle processes** - Experience in: - **Configuration of rate schedules, pricing rules, and billing cycles** - **Customer billing, invoicing, and account management** - **Payment processing and collections modules** - Knowledge of: - **Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)** - **Data conversion and migration tools** - Familiarity with: - **SQL and PL/SQL** - **Web services / APIs / integrations** **Preferred Skills** - Experience in **Oracle Utilities suite** (CC&B, MDM, etc.) - Knowledge of **E3 architecture and implementation frameworks** - Exposure to **cloud-based Oracle solutions** - Experience in **Agile delivery methodologies** - Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Java preferred)
