TCS is hiring for**Salesforce developer for chennai Walk-in:** **Location Details:** SNR Kumaran Nagar, Sholinganallur, OMR, Chennai 600119, Tamil Nadu, India. **Interview Date and Time: 22.08.2026, 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM.** **Please find the below JD.** Job description of salesforce developer: - Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Design and implement user-friendly, responsive interfaces on the Salesforce Lightning Platform. - Develop server-side business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes. - Create and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations. - Build custom solutions leveraging: - LWC - Apex - SOQL/SOSL - Flow Automation - Platform Events - Salesforce DX - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Write unit tests and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce deployment requirements. - Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices. - Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues. **Required Skills** **Salesforce Development** - Strong experience with: - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - LWC, Apex Integration, Customization + Agentforce Sr. Developer/Tech Lead - Apex - Visualforce (preferred) - SOQL/SOSL - Salesforce Flows - Custom Objects and Metadata. **Must Have Skills:** - Proven experience of Solution Architecture for Salesforce Transformation Engagements - Experience in engaging with business and IT stakeholders for designing Salesforce solutions - Good understanding of digital transformations taking place in the Industry involving Salesforce applications - Strong spoken and written communication/articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders - Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constraints (timelines and others) - Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders - A proven team player - Proven CXO engagement skills. **Responsibilities:** - Lead Solution architecture for end to end Transformation programs - Establish/strengthen Salesforce Architecture best practices  within the ESU - Support talent grooming for functional consultants in the unit/organization - Engage with senior management and influence their decisions with PoVs & Thought Leadership - Leverage his/her broad business and technology expertise to address key topics related to architecture, design, business model and integration around Salesforce - Contribute in Knowledge Management around engagements and best practices - Plan and manage events for customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer.
