**Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end delivery of application features and act as the technical SPOC for the development team. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide implementation best practices. - Design, develop, and maintain applications using **C#, .NET Core, ReactJS,** SQL Server, MongoDB, and Azure. - Contribute to architecture, microservices design, LLD creation, and performance/security optimization. - Build and support REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions using messaging platforms (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka). - Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and resilience. - Drive code quality through reviews, refactoring, testing, and adherence to SOLID principles. - Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, monitoring, logging, and automated deployments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments and provide technical mentorship to developers. As we have **multiple openings ranging from Lead Engineer to Architect**, we are looking for candidates who: - Have **7 to 17 years of experience** - Are **comfortable working from the office, 5 days a week** **Work Experience & Skills** - Strong experience in **C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, and ReactJS**. - Hands-on expertise in **Microservices Architecture** and **REST API development**. - Proficient in developing and deploying applications on **Microsoft Azure**. - Strong understanding of **CI/CD pipelines** using **Azure DevOps** or similar tools. - Working knowledge of **DevOps practices** and automation. - Expertise in **SQL Server** database design and optimization. - Experience with **MongoDB** or other **NoSQL databases**.
